30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused or gently used, and complete.

How to start a return

Email modoudigitalserv@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll reply within 2 business days with instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

For low-value items, we may refund without requiring a return.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take additional time to process it.

EU customers

You have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy extends this right.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible.
